By accessing or using Alure's mobile application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree to these Terms, please don't use the Service.

Medical Disclaimer

In case of a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately. The Service is not designed for emergency use.

Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

You retain ownership of all health data and content you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide the Service to you.

You're responsible for:

• The accuracy of information you enter
• Maintaining backups of important data
• How you choose to use or share exported data

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Alure and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Subscription and Payment

Some features may require a paid subscription. Details about pricing, billing, and cancellation will be provided when you subscribe.

For subscriptions:

• You'll be billed in advance for each subscription period
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• We may change prices with notice to active subscribers

Refund Policy

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alure from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We'll delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Calgary, Alberta.

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days, either party may initiate formal proceedings.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
