Getting Started

The basics

New to Alure? Start here.

What is Alure?
Alure is a hormone tracking app designed specifically for women with PCOS and broader hormone health needs. Unlike traditional period trackers, we embrace irregular cycles and provide tools to track metabolic markers, symptoms, and lab results in one place.
When will Alure be available?
We're currently in development with a planned launch in early 2026. Early access users on our waitlist will be the first to try Alure and help shape the product. Join our waitlist to stay updated on our progress.
Will Alure work for me if I don't have PCOS?
Absolutely! While Alure is designed with PCOS in mind, our flexible tracking works for anyone navigating hormone health—whether you have endometriosis, are in perimenopause, tracking fertility, or simply want to understand your cycle better.
What platforms will you support?
Alure is mobile-first, launching on iOS and Android in early 2026, followed by our web app. We're building with NextNative (Next.js + Capacitor) to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all platforms.

Your data, your control

Only you. We don't share your personal health data with anyone unless you explicitly choose to export and share it (for example, with your healthcare provider). Our team has no access to your individual health records.
Do you share data with advertisers?
Never. We don't sell, rent, or share your personal health data with advertisers or data brokers. Our business model is subscription-based, not ad-supported.
Can I delete my data?
Yes, always. You can export your data or permanently delete your account and all associated information at any time through the app settings.

Medical Information

Important disclaimers

Understanding what Alure is (and isn't).

Is Alure a medical device?
No. Alure is a wellness tracking tool designed to help you understand and monitor your hormone health. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Should I stop seeing my doctor if I use Alure?
Absolutely not. Alure is designed to complement, not replace, professional medical care. Always consult with qualified healthcare providers for medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment. Think of Alure as a tool to have better conversations with your care team.
Can Alure predict my ovulation or fertility?
Alure helps you track patterns in your cycle and symptoms, but we don't make predictions about ovulation, especially for irregular cycles. If you're trying to conceive, please work with a healthcare provider or fertility specialist.

Seek Emergency Care

If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately. Alure is not a substitute for emergency medical care.

Product Roadmap

What's coming next

Features we're building and exploring.

How does the AI work?
Our AI analyzes your historical tracking data to identify patterns and correlations you might miss. It learns what's normal for YOUR body—not a textbook average. The AI can predict upcoming symptoms, suggest optimal times to log data, and help you understand connections between lifestyle factors and hormone health. All analysis happens securely and privately.
What features are you building first?
Our first release includes AI-powered cycle tracking, predictive symptom alerts, smart logging with custom tags, pattern visualization, and the ability to upload lab results. Clinician-ready PDF exports with AI-generated summaries will launch shortly after.
Will there be a free version?
We're still finalizing our pricing model, but we're committed to making core tracking features accessible. Details on free vs. premium tiers will be shared closer to launch.
Can I sync with my wearable devices?
Integration with Apple Health, Google Fit, and popular wearables is on our roadmap for later in 2025. This will allow automatic import of metrics like sleep, activity, and heart rate.
Will you add community features?
We're exploring optional, anonymous community forums where users can connect and share experiences. This will always be opt-in, and you'll never be required to participate to use the core app.
